Refund & Return Policy ~ Zimaré

Overview

At Zimaré, we ensure every order is carefully prepared and delivered with quality in mind. Please read our policy before placing your order.

  • Orders are processed only after confirmation
  • Delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available
  • For online payments, full payment is required in advance

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (fragrances), we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
    • Unused
    • In its original packaging
    • Reported within 48 hours of delivery

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with clear proof (photos/videos).

 

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • You may receive either:
    • A replacement product, or
    • A refund (in case replacement is not available)

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Allow some processing time

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 

Shipping Returns

If a return is approved:

  • You will be informed about the return process
  • In some cases, we may arrange a pickup or guide you on shipping
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
