Overview
At Zimaré, we ensure every order is carefully prepared and delivered with quality in mind. Please read our policy before placing your order.
- Orders are processed only after confirmation
- Delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available
- For online payments, full payment is required in advance
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (fragrances), we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with clear proof (photos/videos).
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
- You may receive either:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund (in case replacement is not available)
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
- Allow some processing time

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Shipping Returns
If a return is approved:
- You will be informed about the return process
- In some cases, we may arrange a pickup or guide you on shipping
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
